What does 'Unlimited AI' mean?

Unlimited AI means that, on the Blossom and Bloom plans there won't be any additional monthly charges for AI powered interactions, such as conversations, SMS mesages, automated review replies etc.

Can I upgrade to a higher Plan later?

Of course. The Grow plan includes all the main features of Lead Orchard, but if you want Unlimited AI capability or the ability to create and manage your ads, then you can easily step up to either the Blossom or Bloom plans.

What happens after I've subscribed?

Once you've chosen and paid for your monthly plan, your account will be set up automatically and you'll receive an email and SMS message with your login details and instructions on how to download and install the mobile app. You'll then be invited to your first one on one onboarding call.

Are there any additional hosting fees?

Definitely not. All of our websites and sales funnel are hosted within the fully supported Lead Orchard environment. There are no limits on the amount of images or videos your site contains either.

What is the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We're pretty sure you'll love your Lead Orchard experience and the savings it brings. If, for whatever reason, you don't think Lead Orchard's a good fit for your business, then let us know and we'll refund your first month's payment in full, as long as we can see that you've been using the software.

What is 'One On One onboarding'?

Our free One On One Onboarding includes two one hour sessions. The first is a tech call with our support team, normally over Zoom, where they'll get the platform set up for you. The second call is a session on how to use the main features of Lead Orchard so that you can be up and running and generating leads in no time.

Do I need to know my logins?

Yes, the beauty of Lead Orchard is that it seemlessly integrates with all of the well known platforms, including Google, Facebook, Tick Tock, LinkedIn and Stripe. Once you're all connected though, you can pretty much forget about it as you'll be able to access everything via your ONE Lead Orchard login.

Is the support really 24/7?

Yes it is. Business is done around the clock nowadays so we wanted to make sure that, if you're working, we're working. All of the major holidays are covered too.

What other services do you offer?

Lead Orchard is very much a standalone sales enablement solution, but we offer bespoke services such as Custom Website Design, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Google Ads (Set Up & Management) and Professional Graphic Design via Kariba, the agency behind Lead Orchard.
